We are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with our services, we're here to help resolve any issues.
1. Consultation Services
Full Refund Available:
- Cancellation made 48+ hours before scheduled consultation
- Technical issues on our end preventing service delivery
- Service not provided as described
50% Refund Available:
- Cancellation made 24-48 hours before consultation
- First-time rescheduling request
No Refund:
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before consultation
- No-show without prior notice
- Services already rendered
2. Digital Programs & Courses
For digital programs like the Ethical Weight Loss Program:
- Before program start: Full refund available up to 24 hours before the program start date
- Within 7 days: If you're unsatisfied within the first 7 days and have completed less than 25% of the program, you may request a partial refund (50%)
- After 7 days: No refunds available as significant value has been delivered
3. Group Programs & Workshops
- Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the event
- 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before the event
- No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before the event
- Transfer to another participant is allowed with prior notice
4. Subscription Services
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime for the following month
- No partial month refunds
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within first 30 days
- Unused portions of annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@ekaterinaklein.com
- Include your order number and reason for refund
- Provide any relevant documentation
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy
- Fraudulent claims
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
