MY JOURNEY BEGAN
Even at 13, I couldn't zip up my favorite jeans, and pimples appeared on my face, so I realized why this happened and how long I lived with anemia. By the age of 20, I managed to cure it, which inspired me to study detailed information.
Besides anemia, I always had simple relationships with food - I found it delicious and often overate. In combination with my genetics for obesity, this provoked the growth of extra kilograms. I tried many diets, exhausted my body, and then gained weight again.
Sometimes I felt a surge of energy, sometimes I lay for several days. At some point, I got tired of fixing this and started deeply studying information, learning to love and respect my own body. To this day, I study, without stopping my learning process for a day. This is important for any specialist in my field.
Nutritionology is the science of human nutrition, in short. A nutritionist is not a doctor; a nutritionist's qualification does not require medical education, but it does require knowledge.
The goal of a nutritionist is to help solve the client's problem in improving the body. Usually, a nutritionist and a doctor should work together, or a nutritionist should refer a client to a doctor if any possible disease is detected.
You can read more about who a nutritionist is in my blog.
